Privacy Statement

Last updated: 24 September 2026

At Kallé Beauty Atelier, we care about your privacy. When you use our services, visit our website or make an appointment with us, we may process your personal data.

In this privacy statement we explain which personal data we collect, why we use it, how we handle it and what rights you have.

This is a translation of the Dutch privacy statement (Privacyverklaring). In case of any difference between the two versions, the Dutch text prevails.

  1. 1. Who are we?

    Kallé Beauty Atelier
    Monique Papadaniel
    Dorpsstraat 53
    2451 AP Leimuiden

    Chamber of Commerce (KvK): 97847151
    VAT ID: NL005292647B40

    Kallé Beauty Atelier is responsible for the processing of your personal data as described in this privacy statement.

  2. 2. Which personal data do we process?

    Depending on the contact you have with us, we may process the following personal data:

    • first and last name;
    • phone number;
    • e-mail address;
    • address details, if needed;
    • details of your appointments and treatments;
    • any comments or preferences you share with us yourself;
    • payment and invoice details;
    • health data, such as allergies, medical conditions and use of medication, that you fill in on the intake form for PMU (see section 8).

    We only process personal data that is necessary for the purpose for which it is collected.

  3. 3. What do we use your data for?

    We use your personal data for the following purposes:

    • making, changing and managing appointments;
    • carrying out the treatment or service you booked;
    • sending appointment confirmations and reminders;
    • answering questions and requests;
    • handling payments and invoices;
    • keeping our records;
    • improving our services;
    • informing you about changes to our services;
    • complying with legal obligations.
  4. 4. Bookings via Salonized

    We use Salonized to make and manage appointments.

    When you make an appointment via our website, the data needed to make and carry out the appointment is processed via Salonized. Salonized processes this data on our behalf as a processor.

    Salonized offers a data processing agreement for this to customers within the EU/EEA. Salonized also states that customer data is stored within the EU and that appropriate security measures are applied.

    More information about Salonized's privacy and security can be found in the Salonized privacy statement.

  5. 5. On what basis do we process your data?

    We only process personal data when there is a legal basis for doing so. This may be, for example:

    • because it is necessary to carry out your appointment or agreement with us;
    • because we are legally required to keep certain data;
    • because we have a legitimate interest, for example for running our business properly;
    • because you have given your explicit consent, such as for recording health data on the intake form for PMU.

    Where we process your data based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.

  6. 6. How long do we keep your data?

    We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless we are legally required to keep certain data for longer.

    We keep administrative and tax records, such as invoices, for seven years because of the statutory tax retention obligation.

    We keep the paper intake form for PMU for as long as legally required. After that, we destroy it.

    When personal data is no longer necessary, it will be deleted or anonymised, as far as this is possible and permitted.

  7. 7. Do we share your data with others?

    We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

    We may share personal data with parties that help us run our business, where necessary. For example:

    • Salonized, for managing appointments and client data;
    • payment providers, where needed for payments;
    • accounting or administrative service providers;
    • other service providers that process personal data on our behalf.

    Where required by law, we make agreements with processors about the processing and security of personal data.

    We also provide personal data when we are legally required to do so.

  8. 8. Health data and the intake form

    Kallé Beauty Atelier is approved by the GGD (municipal health service) to perform powder brows (PMU). Before every PMU treatment, you fill in an intake and health form on paper, with questions about allergies, medical conditions, use of medication and your skin, among other things.

    This is a special category of personal data. We only use it to assess whether the treatment can be carried out safely and responsibly, and only with your explicit consent, which you give by filling in and signing the form.

    The form is not stored digitally and is not shared with anyone. We keep it carefully in a folder at the salon for as long as legally required. After that, we destroy it.

    Apart from the intake form, we try to avoid processing special categories of personal data as much as possible. Please therefore avoid sharing sensitive information when it is not necessary for your appointment or treatment.

  9. 9. Cookies

    Our website does not use analytics, tracking or marketing cookies.

    If you choose a different language on the website, we remember that choice with one functional cookie. This cookie only contains the chosen language.

    For online booking, our website includes the Salonized booking module. Salonized may use its own cookies or similar technologies; see the Salonized privacy statement (section 4).

    The Google Maps map on our contact page only loads when you click it yourself. From that moment, Google's privacy policy applies.

  10. 10. Security

    We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

    We keep paper intake forms in a folder at the salon, so they are not accessible to others.

    Salonized also states that it uses secure connections and technical security measures to protect data.

  11. 11. Your privacy rights

    Under the GDPR (AVG) you have several rights regarding your personal data. Depending on the situation, you can:

    • ask which personal data we process about you;
    • have your personal data corrected;
    • ask for your personal data to be deleted;
    • object to certain processing;
    • ask for the processing of your personal data to be restricted;
    • withdraw your consent where processing is based on it;
    • under certain conditions, ask to receive your personal data or have it transferred.

    You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
